Michelmores has been shortlisted in six categories at the 2025 Insider Media South West Dealmaker Awards, recognising the Firm’s role in some of the region’s most notable corporate transactions over the past year.
The South West Dealmaker Awards, organised annually by Insider Media, celebrate the achievements of the region’s corporate finance community. The awards honour excellence in dealmaking, highlighting the work of legal and financial advisers, investors, and professionals across a range of transaction sizes and sectors.
Michelmores is proud to have been recognised in the following categories:
- Law Firm of the Year
- Small Deal of the Year (under £10 million) – for advising BGF on investment in cutting edge tech firm Kubus
- Medium-Sized Deal of the Year (£10 million – £25 million) – for advising Fargo Systems on private equity investment by August Equity
- Large Deal of the Year (£25 million and above) – for advising the shareholders of Synertec on sale to Restore plc
- Emerging Dealmaker of the Year – Ben Adams
- Dealmaker of the Year – Adam Kean
These nominations reflect the Firm’s continued commitment to advising clients on complex and high-value transactions across the South West and beyond. The recognition of individual team members Ben Adams and Adam Kean further highlights the depth of talent within Michelmores’ Corporate team.
The 2025 South West Dealmaker Awards will take place on Thursday 26 June 2025, at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel.
