Welcome to the March 2026 edition of Business Law Today.

I am a Partner in the Banking, Restructuring and Insolvency (BRI) team at Michelmores.  Amongst other things, I help companies, directors and other stakeholders navigate difficult financial issues, by providing pre-emptive advice with a view to rescuing the business and ensuring stakeholder interests are protected.

The BRI team are receiving a lot of enquiries about debt refinancing and navigating financial distress, and I hope our articles on these topics in this edition of Business Law Today are of interest.

Also in this edition of Business Law Today we have a great mix of articles on topical legal issues we think our business client's and contacts need to be aware of from our Commercial, Corporate, Dispute Resolution and Employment teams, so there should be something for everyone.

Please use the voting buttons below if there is a specific topic you would like to hear about in the future.

We hope you enjoy this edition of Business Law Today.
