Michelmores is a Top 100 law firm, with a turnover nearing £34m. Two lawyers were made up to Partner in May 2017, bringing the Firm's partnership to 66. The total number of staff across Michelmores' three offices is now 435. We are already successful, but ambitious to grow and become even more successful.
Our HQ is in Exeter: a 50,000 square foot open-plan state of the art office. We also have offices in London and Bristol.
Michelmores really does put its people first: we invest a lot of time in developing and supporting people's career aspirations. In October 2016, we launched MiDevelopment, a brand new learning and development system, enabling everyone to manage training, knowledge sharing and learning more efficiently and effectively.
We also launched MiVoice, peer group networks for Paralegal and Trainee Legal Executive, Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate groups across the Firm. The aim of this is to create more opportunities for our people to learn from their peers and to promote professional growth and development.
