Legal and Professional Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships combine on-the-job training with study enabling you to develop new skills and advance your career whilst earning a competitive salary. They are not just for people at the start of their career; apprenticeships are available at different levels, from entry level right through to more senior positions. Our opportunities are designed to help you develop your business skills and experience while completing formal training and studying towards a qualification. Whether you’re looking for a career as a lawyer, or within a specialist support function like finance, IT or marketing, our award winning apprenticeship opportunities are designed to help you develop skills for life in the workplace.
We offer apprenticeship opportunities for Paralegals and those looking to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive. We do not currently offer the Solicitor apprenticeship. However, some of our Chartered Legal Executives choose to go onto qualify as a solicitor.
The Paralegal Apprenticeship provides a springboard into a successful legal career. You'll be helping our lawyers with their caseload and we'll be helping you to build your legal knowledge. We have many examples where ambitious Paralegals have continued with their studies going on to become qualified lawyers.
Professional Support Roles
As a Legal Administration Apprentice you will be working alongside some of the best support professionals in the legal sector and benefit from a structured programme of development whilst being mentored by experienced colleagues. We set the bar high in terms of our expectations, but in return for your commitment we offer clear career progression and opportunities tailored to your needs.
Our Legal Administration Apprenticeship is a fantastic introduction to working in a legal environment with many colleagues continuing onto paralegal or PA roles.
Specialist Business Services Teams
Apprenticeship opportunities are also offered within our specialist business services teams such as Marketing, Finance, Operational Services, and IT. You will access a structured development programme with tutor and mentor support, whilst studying towards the apprenticeship qualification most relevant to your role, for example Business and Administration, Assistant Accountant, Marketing etc.
