I’m an Associate in Michelmores’ Specialist Real Estate, Planning department. I work closely with landowners, developer’s and local governments to provide strategic planning advice in relation to a range of development sites.

Having previously worked for numerous local authorities within Gloucestershire and Wales for almost ten years, I have extensive experience of providing planning advice for housing developments, city regeneration projects as well as large-scale strategic development schemes.

I regularly undertake negotiating, drafting and advising on complex s106 obligations and infrastructure agreements including s38 and s278 agreements.

Whilst much of my work is focussed on non-contentious aspects of planning, my career so far has also given me a strong grounding in the more contentious aspects of planning including appeals and judicial reviews.

I chose to join Michelmores as a Firm with a reputation for exceptionally talented lawyers as well as offering an approachable culture focussing on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
