A key focus for me is ensuring our culture remains relevant for our current and next generation of talent. I am particularly passionate about creating an environment where our people can give their best and feel empowered to succeed.
I have over 30 years’ experience of working in professional services. I originally trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, having completed a Maths Degree at Bath University. I held senior HR roles at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen in London, before joining Michelmores in 2007.
