I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Commercial team based in our London office.
My experience includes advising a broad spectrum of clients from innovative start-ups to global brands, on a diverse range of commercial and technology matters. I regularly draft and negotiate key commercial agreements, licences and service and systems contracts, including those in relation to IT, data protection, intellectual property, e-commerce and supply arrangements. I also frequently advise on the competition law implications of transactions; I recently assisted on a merger notification and investigation conducted by the CMA.
With a particular focus on the technology and innovation sector, I am also an active member of Michelmores’ data protection and privacy group, and manufacturing and retail sectors.
Before starting my legal career, I achieved a first-class undergraduate degree in Forensic Science. I completed my GDL and LPC at law school, alongside a Masters in Law and business management.
I spent a year at a magic circle law firm as a paralegal in the intellectual property litigation team before training to become a solicitor at Michelmores – where I qualified in 2019.
