I am an Associate in the Michelmores Employment team. I work with a range of clients, from individuals to large employers in the private and public sectors.

Much of my work involves assisting clients through the day-to-day aspects of an employment relationship to ensure that proper processes are followed. However, I also help clients navigate the more litigious side of an employment relationship, whether that is simply at the initial stages of a grievance or defending claims against them at the Employment Tribunal.

I enjoy building relationships with clients in order to get to know the ins and outs of their business and the individuals who work with them. This in turns allows me to better support and navigate clients through the processes, particularly when things have gone wrong.

I have a particular interest in bridging the gap between Employment law and the Sustainable Agriculture sector which includes many start-ups and interesting tech companies just beginning their employment journey.

I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (UK).

I began my journey at Michelmores as a Trainee in 2018 and have continued to develop and grow as a lawyer since.
