I am a Newly Qualified Solicitor in Michelmore’s Commercial and Regulatory Disputes (CRD) Team, having qualified in November 2022.
I currently assist other members of the team on a wide variety of commercial disputes including defamation disputes, breach of contract claims, corporate disputes, regulatory disputes and trust matters.
Our clients include a wide range of individuals and businesses operating across a wide range of sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
Throughout my training contract, I have completed seats with the Transactional Real Estate, Employment and Agriculture Teams. I am excited to qualify into the CRD team and continue to develop my skills as a disputes lawyer.
Successfully acting for a UK fisheries business in injunction proceedings for enforcement of a restrictive covenant in an employment contract.
Assisting with multiple regulatory and criminal matters, including environmental crimes and fraud.
Acting on various defamation matters, in particular assisting with the removal of defamatory material published on social media and websites.
Assisting with a large education academy trust dispute dealing with issues such as breach of trust, breach of trustee duties and breach of fiduciary duties.
Supporting on a complex, international contentious probate dispute (value in excess of £100 million) spanning the jurisdictions of England and Wales, Russia, Belgium
