"I work with Siobhan Murphy regularly and find her approachable and proactive, she has a full understanding of the work we are doing with her, and her knowledge base and pragmatic approach, particularly in relation to our sector, is much appreciated."

Legal 500 2024

I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Employment team and support the Immigration team on a range of matters. I advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for clients across various sectors on employment tribunal litigation and transactional matters, as well as supporting employers on day-to-day employment law issues.

I have a particular interest, and work closely with, clients within the education, healthcare and retail sectors. I feel passionately about building strong relationships with clients and acting as an extension to their HR team to support with day-to-day HR issues and queries. I also have a particular interest in issues involving discrimination and whistleblowing elements.

I joined Michelmores as a trainee in our Exeter office in 2018, and qualified into our Employment team in 2020. In May 2021, I moved to our London office and enjoy working closely with clients across London and the South-West.
