Rob Bailey


Rob joined Michelmores in 2016 as a trainee Solicitor. Rob's current seat is with the Banking, Restructuring & Insolvency team. He has had seats in the Commercial Litigation team and the Contentious and Non-Contentious Agricultural Property teams.

Rob studied History and his GDL at Cardiff University before completing his LPC at the University of Law, Bristol.

Prior to joining Michelmores, Rob worked as a Paralegal at Hugh James Solicitors.

Rob's outside interests include squash, travelling and playing guitar.

Recent Experience

Agricultural Property

  • Assisted on agricultural and residential property transactions including sales, purchases, refinancing, transfers of part, leases and first registrations.
  • Advised applicants and respondents in relation to adverse possession claims and made submissions to the Land Registrar.
  • Assisted in arbitration and mediation as well as High Court and County Court proceedings involving professional negligence, fraudulent transactions and landlord and tenant disputes in relation to agricultural holdings.
