Nikki is a Consultant Solicitor in the Employment team.
She joined Michelmores in 2011, and has over 30 years' employment law experience, dealing with a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
Over the years Nikki has dealt with many test cases and has a special interest in discrimination law and collective representation. She also assists SMEs with strategic HR planning.
Nikki is a key member of the Education team, and deals with policies, recruitment issues, student/staff dismissals, tribunals, discrimination claims and strategic restructuring. She is also an active member of the Manufacturing team. Nikki is a Leader in her Field in the Chambers Legal Directory and is a well known speaker on the HR circuit.
Nikki is also a member of the Law Society's Employment Law Committee.
