I am the Director of Premises and Operations for Michelmores, working as part of our wider Business Services Team. I am responsible for leading the transformation, development and implementation of the Firm’s premises, professional support, and operations services strategies.

I have been with the Firm since February 2015, having previously worked for thirteen years in the Financial Services industry at LV=. Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate to have experienced a wide range of responsibility and have gained experience in people leadership, coaching, change management, service delivery, customer/client experience, business transformation, and facilities management.

I am passionate about offering the best possible service to both internal and external clients and to creating a work environment that supports our people with respect to both their physical workspace and the culture in which we operate. This is especially important as we understand how to make the most of agile working in a hybrid world.

I am also involved in helping to develop our internal ESG strategy, with sustainability a key focus of our premises related decisions both now and for the future.
