I’m a Solicitor in Michelmores’ Banking, Restructuring and Insolvency team.

My work includes acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors, debtors, companies, directors, and other stakeholders in all personal and corporate insolvency matters, with a focus on contentious work. I particularly enjoy assisting insolvency practitioners in seeking to maximise outcomes for creditors. This includes work on a variety of matters, including acting on breach of duty claims against directors, the recovery of antecedent transactions, the recovery and enforcement of contested book debts, the enforcement of possession orders over property, and advising on the merits of creditor claims.

I’ve been part of the team at Michelmores for over nine years, having joined in 2013 after graduating from the University of Bristol with a Master’s Law Degree. I initially joined the Firm’s Commercial and Regulatory Disputes team and eventually became a member of the BRI team shortly after qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018. I went on to qualify as a solicitor in January 2022 after achieving a strong distinction in the Legal Practice Course.
