Jasmine is an Associate in the Disputed Wills and Trusts team.

She qualified in September 2017 after completing her training contract with Michelmores. During her training she spent time in the Disputed Wills and Trusts, Commercial and Regulatory Disputes, Tax, Trusts and Succession & Planning departments. Jasmine is a recommended lawyer in The Legal 500.

Jasmine is a member of the Michelmores Charity of the Year Committee which supports and organises events for our local Charity of the Year.

Recent Experience

  • Assisting with claims under Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, proprietary estoppel claims, challenges to the validity of Wills (testamentary capacity and undue influence), Executor disputes and general trust disputes.
  • Attending the Supreme Court to observe the Ilott v Mitson hearing.
  • Working in-house to support a national charity, assisting with legacy administration and legacy related disputes.
  • Assisting with a disputed Will claim for a charity claimant on the grounds of lack of testamentary capacity.
