Emma is a Solicitor in the Commercial and Regulatory Disputes team.
Emma undertook her training contract with Michelmores, completing seats in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation team in our London office, the Agricultural Property Litigation team in the Bristol office as well as the Clinical Negligence department.
Emma attended the London South Bank University where she completed a law degree and went on to study her LPC at BPP Law School in London.
In her spare time Emma enjoys playing netball, baking and origami.
- Assisting and supporting the team on the Wetsuit Outlet matter on the exit of a founder shareholder and the subsequent £5m investment by Mobeus Equity Partners.
- Undertaking a detailed cross-border verification exercise in connection with a proposal IPO.
Agricultural Property Litigation:
- Assisting with the Crown Estate Commissioners v Wakley & Wakley case which illustrated the importance of landlords providing accurate responses to prospective tenants during viewings and agreeing the terms of subsequent agreements carefully.
- Assisting and working on the Crabbe v Townsend case and attending court regarding a complex administration of an estate and a dispute over inheritance tax payments.
