I’m an Associate in Michelmores’ Residential Property team working mainly on sales and purchases of residential properties, but also dealing with mortgages, refinancing and transfers of equity. As a result of this, I also work closely with our Family team and effect consent orders to resolve changes of ownership following the breakdown of relationships and with our wealth management team to ensure that the acquisition of properties fits into our clients’ wills or tax management plans.
I deal with properties all over England and Wales, but mainly with properties in the South West of England.
Born and raised in Cornwall, I attended university and did my legal training at an Exeter-based firm before joining Michelmores in early 2018. At Michelmores, I to continue develop my career within our friendly and supportive team.

Acting in the sale of a very popular property owned by a charity which went to auction with over 100 interested parties and sold for 80% above the auctioneer’s estimated sale price.
