I’m a Senior Paralegal in Michelmores’ Planning and Environmental team. I advise and work with a wide range of clients from private members of the public through to large house builders and councils.

I focus mainly on road and sewer adoption agreements on both small and large developments and any associated deeds of easement that may be required. In addition, I also deal with section 106 agreements and deeds of variation thereto.

I have over ten years’ experience working in private residential conveyancing. I also have experience dealing with residential part-exchange sale and purchase transactions for large house builder clients.

I have worked on transfers of public open space, applications for possessory title and development infrastructure transfers.

I joined Michelmores in 2014 and I have always worked in the South West of England.
