Michelmores strengthens its Real Estate team with senior appointment

'Top 100' law firm Michelmores has strengthened its Real Estate team with the appointment of property law specialist David Howe, who rejoins the firm as a partner.  

David previously headed Michelmores' Real Estate team for five years, prior to completing a sabbatical year in 2014. He returned to the firm at the beginning of 2015, to focus on client work including tax-based structures, joint ventures and strategic land and development. 

With over 25 years' experience in the real estate sector David has acted for numerous clients on many large-scale projects, including PLC developers in the retail industrial office and residential sectors, local authorities on regeneration projects, and central government bodies on redevelopment and relocation projects in the regulated sector.  

He also has significant experience advising, banks and borrowers in secured lending transactions, and corporates on real estate matters in asset and share purchase agreements.
