As well as wanting to excel in the national standings, Bikeshed-Bianchi team's ethos is to raise the profile of women's cycling in the South West. The team is promoting a variety of cycling events throughout the year to encourage wider participation in the growing sport of road cycling, including a women's Race Day that was held last month at Westpoint.
Upcoming events include an evening talk and Q&A session on Wednesday 16 March at the Bikeshed Exeter, and a confidence building cycling session on Saturday 9 April at Westpoint, including tuition and riding tips in a traffic free environment (tbc).
