Compliance in schools - Exeter

Monday, 6 November, 2017 - 08:30
Woodwater House
Pynes Hill

Every week there are news articles featuring schools and academies that have been caught out for not complying with the law. This seminar is specifically aimed at senior leaders in academies, helping them to understand the main areas where academies are criticised by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).

The seminar will cover an overview of the decisions by the ESFA and identify where the key risks are. It will discuss the role of trustees and senior staff in minimising risk by having appropriate policies and procedures in place and how to be prepared for a visit from the ESFA.

The seminar is designed to last about an hour and a half and will allow plenty of time for discussion to enable attendees to learn from each other.

To book your place on this seminar, which is free of charge, please RSVP to Hannah Alford via the button below.
