Agricultural Roadshow - Cirencester

Thursday, 28 March, 2019 - 13:30
Royal Agricultural University

We will be out on the road in the days leading up to the United Kingdom leaving the EU. Not even Michelmores can predict what the political landscape will look like at stage. Will we have reached agreement with the EU and be entering a transition period, or will we be facing a hard Brexit? Will the Agriculture Bill have made it onto the statute book and will the proposals for reform of agricultural tenancies have developed further? What further legislative changes are on the horizon? We will be examining some of the legal issues arising from the uncertainties and opportunities facing the sector.

Away from Brexit, we shall deal with farming partnerships, tax planning and the highlights of the Supplement to the Tenth Edition of Scammell, Densham & Williams, published in September 2018.
