Louisa Ghevaert joins international commercial surrogacy debate on BBC World Service's 'Have Your Say' programme

Louisa Ghevaert, Partner and Head of Michelmores' Fertility and Parenting team, joined the radio debate on international commercial surrogacy on the BBC World Service's 'Have Your Say' programme on Friday 20 February. 

Louisa featured as a "leading expert in UK fertility law" for the programme, 'Banning Commercial Surrogacy', which focused on the recent legislation which seeks to prevent Thailand from becoming the 'Womb of Asia'. Louisa joined a varied panel including surrogate mothers, parents through surrogacy, Dr Margaret Somerville, Professor and Founding Director at Centre for Medicine, Ethics and Law, Montreal and Gwen Robinson, Asia Editor for Nikkei Asian Review.
