Prestige appointment for Exeter Lawyer

Tony Cockayne, a partner in the Private Client Team at Michelmores LLP has been appointed to the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) Committee as a regional representative.

As Head of Michelmores' Disputed Wills and Trusts Team, Tony has been involved with ACTAPS for a number of years having previously undertaken the ACTAPS diploma.  

ACTAPS was established in September 1997 for lawyers who specialise in contentious trust and probate work, with the aim of providing a forum to exchange experience and know-how in this specialist area of law. ACTAPS holds seminars and meetings for discussion of contentious trust and probate matters.
