Sue is an Associate in the Family team, based in our Sidmouth office.
She has over 20 years' experience in family law, specialising in the financial consequences of divorce and relationship breakdown, as well as children issues, same sex relationships, cohabitation and domestic abuse.
Sue brings a wealth of experience; including time spent practising as a solicitor in Spain. She relocated to Devon, to the Sidmouth office in the late 1990's, and is well known within the locality for her expertise coupled with her 'calm and sensible' approach.
As a result of her expertise, Sue was invited to be a guest lecturer in family law at Plymouth University in the topics of financial consequences of divorce and relationship breakdown.
Sue is a collaborative lawyer (resolving issues following relationship breakdown without going to court) and a Resolution-accredited specialist in advanced financial provision and cohabitation.
