I am a Probate Executive within the Probate team at Michelmores. I joined the Firm in 1987 as a member of the Business Services team and moved to the Probate team shortly after.
I understand the process of administering an estate can be stressful so my aim is to lessen the burden on family and friends at a time when their last concern is paperwork.
I act for all types of personal representatives, from those who would like us to handle and oversee the entire estate administration, to those who wish to be involved in the process but do not want to contend with the legal work.
I provide a bespoke probate service which is tailored to the level of support required and deal with estates of all sizes. I cover all aspects of estate administration including dealing with H M Revenue & Customs, Inheritance Tax, Residence Nil Rate Band issues and Transferrable Nil Rate Band.
Dealing with the administration of estates from the death of a client to paying out the residuary beneficiaries. This includes obtaining Grants of Probate, collecting in assets and paying liabilities

Leading on and obtaining a Grant of Representation under a Court Order
