- Preparing a suite of precedent Farm Business Tenancy documents for a substantial south west landed estate;
- Acting for a commercial lender on the refinance of agricultural land with a market value in excess of £5 million;
- Acting on a farm purchase from an institutional investor which included significant negotiation of mines and minerals, environmental and overage provisions;
- Advising landed estates in relation to manorial rights and their protection.
