"This is the second time that Louise has helped me to move homes. I know she has acted for many of my teammates in the past who have all also recommended her. With me not having a clue what I am doing, it's very easy to sit back and let Louise take over. She is straight forward, easy to work with making it totally stress-free for myself. Happy to recommend her to anyone."

"Proactive doesn't even begin to describe Louise - she was always one step ahead. Thank you so much for all your hard work!"

Louise is a partner in the Residential Conveyancing team.

She joined Michelmores in 2004, having studied Law at the University of Exeter.

Louise is experienced in all aspects of residential property work, including leasehold and freehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, buy to let, equity transfers, and shared ownership.

She regularly acts for private investors both in the UK and overseas, especially China, in the purchase and re-sale of properties “off-plan” from developers. Another area of focus is the more established residential property market in London and the South West, where she acts for individuals on mid and high value residential property transactions.

Louise quickly establishes rapport with clients, and offers a no-nonsense, straightforward approach to conveyancing.
