Kathryn O'Reilly is an associate in the Employment team.
Kathryn specialises in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law including discrimination, redundancy and breach of contract. She acts for Claimants and Respondents and also offers HR and employment corporate support.
Previously Kathryn has dealt predominantly with contentious employment cases on behalf of claimants and has secured substantial financial and non-financial benefit settlements for her clients.
- A sex discrimination, unfair dismissal and breach of contract claim against an international oil and gas company, which I assisted my client to secure a substantial six figure settlement;
- A constructive dismissal and disability discrimination claim against the National Probation Trust which resulted in my client being awarded a substantial six figure sum at a remedies hearing;
- A disability discrimination claim against a regional chain of pharmacies in which I managed to negotiate a return to work for my client together with a financial settlement.
