Michelmores appointed to Education Legal Services Framework

Michelmores has been appointed to the Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) National Education Legal Services Framework.

Crescent Purchasing Consortium provides a range of procurement services for Further Education and Academies clients and has over 2500 member institutions throughout the UK.

Michelmores is one of only three appointees to the National One-Stop Shop lot and will provide UK-wide advice on Property, HR, and a comprehensive range of other legal services including Commercial, Contracts, Construction, Intellectual Property, Technology, Media & Communications, PPP, EU Procurement, Litigation and Debt Recovery.

CPC’s first legal services framework, which launched in 2009 to serve its education members, expired on 31 December 2013.  The new framework runs for 3 years with an option to extend for one further year.

Michelmores Partner and Education Specialist, Antony Power, said:

“The Framework will be an ideal vehicle for Michelmores to pursue its Education Sector strategy; working in partnership with education providers to deliver solutions to the challenges faced by this dynamic and vital community.”
