Nikki and Preema will provide practical guidance both on how best to manage the required gender pay reporting, and how to minimise the risks around possible resulting equal pay claims.

There has been a recent surge in the volume of Subject Access Requests (SARs) received by employers. This brief discussion will touch upon the use of SARs in Employment Disputes – providing some ‘top tips’ on how employers can deal with them.

Tom Stenner-Evans - Senior Associate, Kathryn Walters - Associate and Rachael Lloyd - Associate

Through the use of an interactive role play, Tom, Kathryn and Rachael will be examining the risks to employers of unreasonably refusing flexible working requests. Their discussion will also include an analysis of the business reasons for rejecting requests, and practical guidance on getting the process right.
