Countrywide Speaking Tour for Probate Solicitor

Chris Butcher, the head of the probate department of Exeter law firm Michelmores LLP and co-author of a textbook on probate law, has just returned from a 3-week tour of England and Wales lecturing on the law relating to probate and intestacy.

His tour included 14 seminars for Independent Financial Advisers arranged by Legal & General as part of their Estate Planning services.  Chris was able to point out the various tax exemptions and reliefs which are often overlooked in the administration of estates after someone has died.
