Andrew has responsibility for the overall operation of the firm including finance,
personnel, office administration, training, and IT
Director
of Marketing - Andrew Maynard
Andrew implements the firm's marketing strategy and is responsible for media
relations, advertising and reviewing marketing materials, brochures, newsletters
and corporate style. The marketing department also stages all events including
the firm's annual yacht race, charity road race, commercial property awards and
all conferences and seminars.

Accountant - Harry Dawson
Harry is responsible for the accountancy function for the firm including the
cashiers, banking arrangements, payroll and for all financial reporting.
IT
Manager - Simon Clarke
Simon advises on new developments in IT, conducts training programmes and has
overall responsibility for acquiring software and hardware including installation
and maintenance.
Office Manager - Andy Heard
Andy has overall responsibility for the operation and recruitment of the Archivists, Receptionists, Office Assistants and Caretakers. He is also responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the premises, facilities within the building and in addition administering Health and Safety procedures.
Office
Administrator - Bernard Cockfield
Bernard has operational responsibility for the security of the premises, office insurance, equipment and furniture. In addition to this he is also responsible for recruitment of secretarial staff.
Head of HR - Colette Stevens
Working alongside the partners, Colette has responsibility for the development of the Firm's HR strategy. In addition, she has overall responsibility for ensuring an efficient and effective operational HR service to everyone at Michelmores.
