Team: Commercial Dispute Resolution / Disputed Trusts & Wills
Tony joined Michelmores' Commercial Dispute Resolution Team in 2002 and was made Partner in 2009. Tony advises on a wide range of matters including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contractual claims and large debt matters.
Tony is also the Head of the Disputed Wills and Trusts Team. He regularly advises on disputes involving legacies to Charities and the validity of Wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, problem Executors, claims against solicitors, difficulties arising from a sale of property within an Estate, equitable claims (including proprietary estoppel) undue influence and fraud.
