Tom Stenner Evans - Solicitor

Tom joined Michelmores in January 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. He specialises in Employment Law.
Tom has developed experience in a range of contentious and non-contentious employment fields, and has particular expertise in advising on:-
- unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination claims, both for employers and employees;
- contracts of employment and internal policies and procedures;
- large scale redundancies and business restructurings;
- whistleblowing claims in the public sector;
- class action equal pay claims; and
- the legal implications of appointing foreign nationals to senior executive positions.
Tom has represented clients in both the Employment Tribunal and County Court and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association.
