Tom Stenner Evans - Solicitor

Tom joined Michelmores in January 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. He specialises in employment law.
Tom has developed experience in a range of contentious and non-contentious employment fields, including:-
- Advising on unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination claims, both for employers and employees;
- Drafting contracts of employment and internal policies and procedures;
- Whistleblowing claims in the public sector;
- Large scale equal pay claims; and
- Advising on the legal implications of appointing foreign nationals to senior executive positions.
Tom has represented clients in both the Employment Tribunal and County Court and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He is also the former Chairman of Devon & Somerset Junior Lawyers Division.
