Tom joined Michelmores' commercial property team in 2004, having qualified in 2003 while working in Bristol. He undertakes the full range of commercial property work including freehold/leasehold acquisitions and disposals, granting and taking commercial leases, leasehold licences and management.
He has also assisted on significant RDA-funded development and infrastructure projects undertaken by major South West employers and higher educational institutions.
Tom also undertakes a range of work from estate management to development deals for regional airports, a sector in which he has a keen interest. His private pilots licence qualification provides a valuable insight into the operational issues faced by such clients.
