Tom joined Michelmores commercial property team in 2004 having qualified in 2003 while working in Bristol. He undertakes the full range of commercial property work including freehold/leasehold acquisitions/disposals, granting and taking commercial leases, leasehold licences and management.
He has also assisted on significant RDA-funded development and infrastructure projects undertaken by major South West employers.
