Stephen specialises in mergers and acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs and private equity. Stephen qualified in the City, where he worked for several years dealing with mergers and acquisitions for a range of clients from small private companies to major PLCs. He moved to Devon in 1990, joining Michelmores in 1997, and becoming a Partner in 1998.
