Sam is a Partner in the Business team at Michelmores and has been here for 10 years. She has over 20 years experience in general corporate and commercial law, advising private and public sector clients.
Sam is a lead adviser managing special projects for key clients including joint venture arrangements which require a multi-disciplinary knowledge of business matters.
She also has extensive experience of the education sector, having advised HEIs and FE Institutions, colleges and schools for many years. Sam currently heads up our Academies team which has developed an excellent reputation for managing the academy conversion process for schools.
