Sam specialises in business law generally and advises on corporate finance matters, business investments, joint ventures, partnership and shareholder arrangements. Sam, who has experience in both the private and public sector, trained in London specialising primarily in fund raising and management buy-outs for venture capitalists. She joined Michelmores in July 2001, becoming a Partner in 2003.
