Rob is a Partner and is the head of the Property Litigation Team.
Formerly a partner with Manchester based Halliwells, Rob is a litigator with a broad spread of specialist commercial property litigation experience. Having been brought up and educated in the South West, he has now moved back to the region and joined Michelmores as Head of Property Litigation.
Rob and the Property Litigation Team advise on a wide range of disputes concerning both commercial and residential property including rights of light, the Party Wall Act, dilapidations, joint venture disputes, general Landlord and Tenant work, service charge disputes, rectification of leases and injunctions in relation to property and interests in property. He also provides free standing advisory work in relation to site acquisitions, site appraisals and the like.
