Rehman heads up the Technology, Media and Communications (TMC) team at Michelmores. He leads a team of specialist lawyers from a number of disciplines across the firm (including company commercial, employment and litigation) who are dedicated to advising clients on TMC related work.

Rehman has extensive advisory and transactional experience acting on behalf of both end users and suppliers. He advises public, private and voluntary sector clients on all aspects of technology, digital media and communications law, including: complex information and communications technology (ICT) projects; ICT, business process and transformational outsourcing arrangements; agreements for systems development and integration services, software licensing, distribution and/or support services; e-business, web hosting and development agreements; digital media/content agreements; data warehousing arrangements; data protection; information security; and the protection, management and commercialisation of intellectual property (IP) rights. He also advises clients on joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and/or disposals from an ICT, IP and/or data protection perspective.

Rehman joined Michelmores in 2007 from Eversheds LLP, having previously worked for City law firm Herbert Smith LLP, and Morgan Cole, where he was head of Technology and Outsourcing in Wales.
