Assured Shorthold Tenancy rent threshold to rise in October 2010
From 1 October 2010, new rules will apply to certain tenancies of residential properties where the annual rent is between £25,000 and £100,000. Landlords in particular need to be aware of these changes and the new obligations and restrictions that will be imposed on them.
