Philip undertakes all aspects of agricultural and property work with a particular emphasis on the acquisition and disposal of commercial farms and agricultural land, agricultural tenancies. Philip also deals with issues arising in connection with entitlements under the Single Farm Payment System.
Philip is familiar with the grant of options and the negotiation of conditional contracts, property funding agreements and other aspects of development work, as well as advising upon land use and management contracts and tenancy agreements.
