Philip Page - Legal Executive
Team: PFI & Projects
Philip joined Michelmores' Property team in 1999 as a PFI/PPP specialist lawyer, advising Government Departments and Agencies on a broad range of PFI/PPP projects. Philip is now a keen member of the Projects team.
He has particular expertise in property planning and procurement issues. Prior to joining Michelmores, Philip served as an Assistant Group Director in the Treasury Solicitor's Department (subsequently Government Property Lawyers), dealing with land, planning and procurement issues arising from the Government projects.
Philip is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
