Philip is a member of the public sector team in the Property group based in Exeter. He commenced his training at a local authority in Wiltshire and qualified at Foot Anstey (Plymouth) where he stayed until moving to Michelmores in August 2008.
Philip was awarded the prestigious Postgraduate Diploma in Local Government Law and Practice with distinction by the Law Society in December 2008.
His areas of work include a wide variety of freehold and leasehold transactions primarily for local and central government clients, although Philip also acts for several local private developers.
