Nikki Duncan - Partner
Nikki is a Partner in our Employment Team. She has over 30 years employment law experience, and deals with a broad gamit of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
Over the years Nikki has dealt with many test cases and has a special interest in discrimination law and collective representation. She also assists SMTs with strategic HR planning.
Nikki has held various national posts in the Employment Lawyers Association and as a Council member of the Law Society and continues to sit on the Employment Law Committee of the latter. Nikki is a Leader in her Field, in the Chambers Legal Directory, where she also has a national rating. She is a well known speaker on the HR circuit and has written and broadcast on Employment Law issues.
