New Associates appointed at Michelmores
Award-winning Exeter and London based law firm Michelmores LLP has recognised the expertise and potential of three of its talented solicitors by appointing them as Associates.
Shahid Jamil is a solicitor and barrister who joined Michelmores Business Group from the Banking Department of Linklaters LLP. He has specialised in syndicated financings and is a restructuring and insolvency lawyer advising directors, administrators and other insolvency practitioners.
Karen Eagle works in Michelmores Private Client Department where she specialises in residential and commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, granting of leases, adverse possession, mortgages and easements.
Lucy Smallwood is a commercial property specialist with wide experience in the acquisition and disposal of both retail and residential development sites. Lucy also focuses on acting for ecclesiastical and church bodies including school redevelopments.
