Michelmores Fixed Fee Retainer – How it works
Michelmores' fixed fee retainer consists of three elements, which combine to provide your business with proactive, commercial and cost effective specialist HR legal support.
1. A full audit of your existing employment documentation.
For a one-off fixed fee, we will:
- Undertake a review of all your existing employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Suggest amendments or provide new documentation, tailored to your needs
- Advise upon implementation and 'roll-out' of the new contracts
2. An employment law helpline: around-the-clock specialist advice and support on any HR legal matter from a nominated lawyer.
For a monthly fixed fee, we will:
- Provide you with direct telephone/email access to a nominated member of our specialist team of employment solicitors
- Confirm all telephone advice by email the same day
- Review letters or documents for the purpose of providing our advice
- Provide template letters and/or documents for your use
3. Updates on the latest developments in employment legislation and case law
For no additional charge, we will:
- Provide a monthly e-newsletter detailing the latest developments in employment law
- Invite you to our quarterly 'HR Bites' seminars in Exeter and Truro
- Provide you with a complimentary place at our annual Employment Law Conference
- Provide briefings on new cases or legislation of particular relevance to your business
