Michael is an Associate in the Construction team, having joined Michelmores in 2007.
Michael trained and qualified in 1999 in the construction litigation team of a regional heavyweight firm. He has taken cases to the Court of Appeal and House of Lords but has experience of all methods of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and adjudication. He is an enthusiastic exponent of mediation. He is an advocate in the county courts and magistrates' courts.
Michael is a Member of the Society of Construction Law.
